Indian ordinary passports: Peru advance tourist visa
Peru's current ordinary-passport table marks India visa-required by default and waives that requirement only for holders of specified third-country visas or permanent residence. The current Embassy procedure requires advance application and in-person processing in New Delhi.
Applies to an ordinary Indian passport holder visiting as a tourist without the table's qualifying United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia or Schengen visa or permanent-residence exception.
Apply before travel through the Embassy of Peru in New Delhi. The current procedure requires consular submission and an in-person interview and says processing normally takes 7 to 10 working days after the interview.
The source states a multiple-entry tourist visa validity of up to 183 days. Work, residence, transit, special documents, qualifying-document exceptions and final admission remain outside this baseline.
Only destination governments, official immigration services, official diplomatic missions, and primary legal instruments qualify as published evidence.
