How this access rule is documented

  1. Current official routeVisa on arrival

Irish ordinary passports: Côte d’Ivoire airport-issued visitor visa

Côte d’Ivoire’s current official ordinary-passport process requires online pre-enrolment, but the visa itself is printed and issued at Abidjan airport after biometric enrolment.

    • The official process is limited to valid ordinary passports and requires approved online pre-enrolment, payment, travel documents and airport biometric enrolment before the visa is printed and delivered.
    • The electronic application and approved document are not electronic issuance; the normal visitor visa is issued at the airport. Final admission and all published requirements remain applicable.
