India: Japanese and South Korean ordinary passports eligible for visa on arrival
India Visa Online identifies Japanese and South Korean nationals for visa on arrival at six designated international airports.
Visitor must be visiting for no more than 60 days for business, tourism, conference, or medical purposes and meet the stated passport, funds, onward-ticket, admissibility, and other conditions.
Available only at Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Mumbai international airports; it is non-extendable and non-convertible.
Not available to diplomatic/official-passport holders or persons of Pakistani origin (including the stated parent/grandparent or permanent-residence condition).
The UAE visa-on-arrival route is conditional on an earlier Indian eVisa or regular/paper visa and is therefore not a nationality-wide VOA classification; UAE remains in the eVisa policy.
Only destination governments, official immigration services, official diplomatic missions, and primary legal instruments qualify as published evidence.
