How this access rule is documented

  1. Current official routeeVisa

    Morocco: nationality-wide ordinary-passport eVisa

The current Accès Maroc service routes this named ordinary-passport tourist cohort to an eVisa without a residence permit or third-country visa condition.

    • The eVisa terms describe an online, single-entry visa for tourism or business, valid up to 180 days from issue for a stay not exceeding 30 days. Only ordinary passports may use it.
    • The application needs a passport valid at least 90 days at application, and the portal says it may be issued in 24 working hours (express) or 72 working hours (standard) for complete applications.
    • At the border, the eVisa holder must present the eVisa and passport and may be asked for a return ticket, means of at least EUR 70 per day and repatriation/medical insurance. Admission remains discretionary.
    • The eVisa terms also offer conditional routes based on an eligible residence permit or a valid multiple-entry third-country visa. Those conditions do not expand this nationality-only policy. The terms PDF names Azerbaijan as Category A but the live selector currently exempts it; Azerbaijan is therefore not included here.
