Kosovo travel documents: Bosnia and Herzegovina advance visa on separate paper

Bosnia and Herzegovina's current MFA guidance directly requires holders of Kosovo travel documents to obtain a visa and identifies the embassies that issue it on separate paper.

    • The visa is issued on separate paper by the Bosnia and Herzegovina embassies in Skopje, Podgorica or Belgrade and must be obtained before travel.
    • The result applies to an ordinary Kosovo travel document used for a short visitor journey; it does not imply diplomatic recognition or ordinary visa-sticker placement in the passport.
    • Transit, work, study, residence, diplomatic, official and other special-document treatment remain outside scope.
    • The MFA page is current and live, although its server currently presents an incomplete TLS certificate chain to some automated clients; recheck the consular route before travel.
