    Latvian visitors need a Côte d’Ivoire visa; the State-approved flow pre-approves online but prints and issues it at Abidjan airport.

    • Complete pre-enrolment and carry the approved document before boarding; at Abidjan airport complete biometric enrolment, where the visa is printed and issued.
    • This normalizes actual issuance timing only; work, residence, special passports, eligibility checks and final admission remain separate.
