How this access rule is documented

  1. Current official routeVisa on arrival

Additional named ordinary passports: Egypt visa at port of arrival

The Ministry of Interior's current port-arrival schedule expressly names this cohort in addition to eVisa-system nationalities. Each is therefore normalized as visa_on_arrival, not as an eVisa or visa-free entry.

    • This route is an emergency entry visa granted at ports of arrival. It is not a visa waiver, an ETA, or an inference from an online form.
    • The Ministry page separately qualifies Iraq by age, Belize by non-Arab origin, Guinea by occupation/funds/purpose and Turkey by non-Egyptian origin; those conditional rows are intentionally excluded from this nationality-wide policy.
    • Entry remains subject to purpose, duration, passport, funds, carrier, public-security and border-officer requirements. Work, residence, transit, Sinai-only, diplomatic, official, service and special-document routes are outside scope.
