How this access rule is documented

  1. Current official routeVisa on arrival

Named ordinary passports: visa on arrival

The current Ministry of Interior Kuwait Visa endpoint explicitly marks these 53 nationality records as visaOnArrival.

    • The current endpoint establishes visa-on-arrival eligibility for these nationalities but does not itself state a complete purpose, document, duration, passport-type or port-condition schedule. This record does not manufacture conditions absent from that source.
    • The Ministry of Interior online-visa terms separately require online applicants to use the official site, normally have a passport valid for six months, provide specified travel documents, and observe a maximum 90-day stay unless the issued visa says otherwise. Those online-application conditions are not treated as a replacement for the available arrival route.
    • Any eVisa alternative, and any entry route based on residence, profession, sponsor, family, employment, study, transit, diplomatic or special-document facts, is separate from this nationality-wide ordinary-passport arrival classification.
    • Issuance or entry remains subject to Ministry of Interior security review and border discretion.
