    Named ordinary passports: current legal electronic visitor visa

    The current registered MFA e-Visa requirements expressly name these nationalities in Annex 3. The legally operative schedule has contained 42 names since 25 March 2025, when the MFA removed Grenada, Peru and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines; the live MFA page's unenumerated 43-state count is retained as a source discrepancy but does not negate the 42 directly named legal routes.

    • This is the directly named ordinary-passport e-Visa eligibility cohort in the registered current legal schedule, not a complement inferred from portal availability or omission.
    • MFA resumed actual e-Visa issuance on 19 February 2025. The legal Annex 3 has 42 names after its 25 March 2025 amendment, while the live MFA e-Visa page says 43 and the February resumption notice said 45 without a roster; the unidentified count discrepancy is retained and no forty-third nationality is inferred.
    • An e-Visa may be single or double entry and up to 30 days for the listed visitor purposes. It is issued online before travel; this policy does not establish visa-free, visa-on-arrival, residence, work, transit, diplomatic, official, service, emergency, refugee, stateless, third-country-document, carrier, or final-admission treatment.

    The registered operative e-Visa requirements expressly name this 42-passport Annex 3 cohort. Actual electronic issuance resumed on 19 February 2025; the listed route is an advance eVisa, not portal inference.

    • This is the directly named ordinary-passport Annex 3 cohort in the in-force legal schedule; no eligibility is inferred from omission, portal availability, or an unenumerated country count.
    • MFA resumed electronic issuance on 19 February 2025. The 25 March 2025 amendment removed Grenada, Peru, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, leaving these 42 directly named routes.
    • The advance e-Visa is single or double entry for up to 30 days within the listed visitor purposes. Residence, work, transit, diplomatic, official, emergency, refugee, stateless, carrier, and final-admission treatment are not established here.
