    The current legal notice designates this nationality cohort for concessional entry, and government guidance says the cohort need not apply in advance and receives a visitor visa on arrival.

    • Legal Notice No. 128 names this exact concessional-country cohort and repeals earlier concessional notices. The government guidance says they do not apply in advance and are granted a visitor visa on arrival.
    • Arrival requires a passport valid for at least six months and a confirmed return or onward ticket; immigration retains ordinary entry and admission discretion.
    • This is visa_on_arrival, not visa-free admission. The current Immigration tourist page calls arrival issuance discretionary and gives inconsistent general tourist durations, so no uniform stay, extension, entry count, fee or port is assigned.
    • China and the covered EU ordinary passports are excluded because current, more specific mutual-exemption sources directly establish visa-free treatment; UAE is separately supported by its specific agreement.

    Legal Notice No. 128 remains the controlling published instrument specifying this concessional-entry cohort. Current Ministry guidance says members need not apply in advance and receive a visitor visa on arrival. The later unsigned delivery-policy repeal assertion does not identify or supply a later operative instrument capable of superseding the Gazette.

    • This is an ordinary-passport tourist/visitor baseline for the exact nationality cohort specified in Legal Notice No. 128; it is not visa-free admission.
    • The live Ministry guidance requires a passport valid for at least six months and a confirmed return or onward ticket. Immigration retains document, purpose, character and final-admission discretion.
    • The current Immigration tourist page describes visa-on-arrival availability, but its duration and generic online/grant-letter content conflict with other operational pages. No uniform stay, fee, entry count, port or online workflow is normalized.
    • The June/July 2026 delivery-policy PDF creates a material challenge because it claims the Minister repealed concessional arrival issuance. It has no approval date, approving authority, signature, operative repeal date, or citation to a later Gazette/legal notice; it is insufficient to retract this Gazette-based policy. Recheck if a later signed Gazette or ministerial instrument is published.
