Biometric ordinary passports: visa-free short visitor entry

The current Saint-Martin Annex II limits the ordinary-passport waiver for these states to biometric passports.

    • Only an ordinary biometric passport qualifies. The current Annex II also excludes Serbian passports issued by the Serbian Coordination Directorate from the Serbian waiver.
    • The ordinary short-visitor waiver is up to 90 days in any 180-day period. Work, residence, transit, special passports, residence-document waivers, entry prohibitions and final admission remain outside this policy.
