Namibian ordinary passports: visa-free Angola visits

Namibia's current MHAISS fact sheet expressly says Namibians need no visa to visit Angola; Angola's bilateral register records the ordinary-passport exemption.

    • Valid ordinary Namibian passport; short visitor or tourism use only.
    • The current fact sheet states the exemption but does not publish a stay cap, port restriction or business-purpose rule; those matters require recheck before travel.
    • This bilateral exemption is independent of, and is not displaced by, the 98-country Decree 189/23 tourism-waiver regime.
    • Source replay risk: the main MHAISS PDF timed out and its alternate e-services URL failed TLS validation during the 25 August 2026 recheck; Angola's corroborating register has 2020 embedded metadata and a 2025 HTTP timestamp.
