Dutch ordinary passports: Côte d’Ivoire preapproved arrival visitor visa

Netherlands guidance directs Dutch passport holders requiring a Côte d’Ivoire visa to SNEDAI; its official process requires online pre-enrolment then prints and issues the visa at Abidjan airport.

    • Use a valid ordinary Dutch passport. Complete SNEDAI pre-enrolment, payment and required documents, receive the approved response, and carry it when boarding.
    • The visa is printed and issued after biometric enrolment at Abidjan airport. This is preapproved border issuance, not an eVisa. ECOWAS, residence, work, transit, diplomatic or other special-document routes remain separate.
