    Dutch ordinary passports: expressly electronic visitor visas

    Official Dutch guidance explicitly identifies an electronic visa route for the listed ordinary Dutch-passport visitors.

    • LY: the official Libyan eVisa introduced in July 2026 is stated as valid for 30 days. IQ and CU: Dutch guidance directs ordinary Dutch-passport holders to named government eVisa systems. NG: the guidance expressly identifies Nigeria Immigration Service's eVisa route as an alternative to embassy processing.
    • IQ Kurdistan-region procedures and Erbil airport issuance are distinct from the federal-Iraq eVisa baseline. Route-specific purpose, passport, preapproval, document, health, carrier and final-admission conditions remain applicable.
