    New Zealand and Saudi ordinary passports: Ukraine visa-free short visits

    Ukraine's current Presidential Decree No. 289/2020 grants New Zealand and Saudi citizens visa-free entry and transit for short stays of up to 90 days in 180 days.

    • The decree covers entry into Ukraine and transit by citizens of New Zealand and Saudi Arabia for no more than 90 days in any 180-day period.
    • This is the ordinary-passport short-visitor baseline; it does not establish work, residence, special-document, carrier, security, border-access, or final-admission treatment.
