    Philippines: EO 408 30-day ordinary-passport visa-free entry

The current DFA eVisa policy gives these ordinary-passport nationalities visa-free temporary entry for business or tourism for up to 30 days.

    • For business or tourism temporary visits only, initially not exceeding 30 days.
    • Traveller must hold a passport valid at least six months beyond the contemplated stay and a return or onward ticket.
    • Brazil and Israel have the separately stated 59-day arrangement; Brunei and Cambodia are separated due to a live official-service duration conflict.
    • eTravel is an arrival/departure declaration that replaced cards; it is not normalized as an ETA or visa.
    • Does not establish admission for work, residence, study, media, transit, crew, diplomatic/official/special documents, Balikbayan/former-Filipino privilege, security clearance, deportation/blacklist, or discretionary border decisions.
