    The current Cuban Foreign Ministry eVisa schedule marks these nationalities riesgo; its application blocks the ordinary online tourist request and directs the traveller to contact a Cuban consulate to process the visa.

    • The application’s risk routing is a direct current instruction to contact a Cuban consulate for visa processing; it is not an electronically issued tourist-visa route.
    • This excludes residence, purpose-specific, special-document, transit and final-admission rules.
