Other foreign ordinary passports: advance consular visa required
After its current named visa-free and simplified/eVisa cohorts, the MFA PDF expressly says citizens of all other countries must obtain a visa from Tajik embassies or consulates before departure.

- The classification does not collapse the separate support-confirmation/official-invitation simplified arrival process into a nationality-wide visa on arrival. It also does not claim that online submission converts a consular visa into eVisa issuance.
- Registration, passport validity, purpose, duration, entries, port, fee, supporting documents, extension, onward travel, funds, security and individual-admissibility requirements remain applicable.
- Does not decide GBAO permits, residence, work, business, transit, diplomatic, official, service, special-document, stateless-person, PRC travel-document or route-specific treatment.
