    Norwegian ordinary passports: Iraq electronic visitor visa

    Current Norwegian Foreign Ministry guidance requires Norwegian citizens to obtain Iraq's eVisa before entry.

    • Obtain Iraq's electronic visa before travel using the ordinary Norwegian passport intended for entry. The Norwegian guidance separately notes that the Kurdistan Region has its own pre-travel electronic visa route.
    • Work, residence, special passports, transit, carrier rules and final admission remain separate.

How to apply

  1. Apply before travel using the ordinary Norwegian passport to be used for entry.
  2. Carry the issued eVisa information and comply with carrier and final-admission requirements.
