    Palauan ordinary passports gained covered EU short-stay access

    The EU–Palau agreement is provisionally applied from 2015-12-08; no final entry-into-force notice was located in this review.

    • The waiver is limited to valid ordinary passports and short stays of no more than 90 days in any 180-day period.
    • Paid activity is excluded, and ordinary entry conditions and refusal powers continue to apply.
    • Ireland is excluded; France and the Netherlands are covered only in their European territories.
    • The agreement does not itself establish access to Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, or Liechtenstein.
