Paraguayan ordinary passports: Ukraine visa-free short visits

Ukraine's current in-force treaty with Paraguay waives visas for the Paraguayan citizen passport in the annex for stays of up to 90 days in six calendar months.

    • Applies to the Paraguayan citizen passport in the MERCOSUR format listed in the treaty annex; diplomatic, service, and return documents are separately listed or outside this ordinary-passport policy.
    • For short visitor/non-remunerated travel, the treaty waives visas for entry to Ukraine and a stay of up to 90 days in six calendar months from entry.
    • A stay over 90 days, profit-making activity, or temporary or permanent residence requires a visa and the relevant authorization.
    • Travel uses crossings open to international traffic; operational, security, martial-law, carrier, and final-admission conditions remain separate from the current treaty force.
