    Philippine ordinary passports: Türkiye advance visa baseline

    Türkiye's current MFA guidance requires ordinary Philippine-passport holders to have a visa; eVisa eligibility depends on an additional qualifying Schengen, United States, United Kingdom or Ireland visa or residence permit.

    • This is the unconditional ordinary-passport baseline for a short visit; obtain the appropriate visa before travel.
    • The conditional eVisa route requiring a valid Schengen, United States, United Kingdom or Ireland visa or residence permit is excluded from the normalized baseline. Diplomatic, official and service-passport exemptions are also excluded.
