   Named ordinary passports: visa-free short visitor entry

   The current Saint-Martin Annex II directly lists these ordinary passports as visa-exempt for an ordinary short visit; all have the normal 90-days-in-180-days ceiling unless the schedule states a narrower rule.

   • For a visitor stay not exceeding 90 days in any 180-day period, except where the current Annex II gives a more favourable or narrower passport-specific limit. The listed 15-day Saint Lucia rule is separated below.
   • For AU, BR, JP, KR, MX, SG and US, the Annex II waiver does not cover a remunerated activity where French law requires a work authorisation and it is not produced. This candidate is limited to the ordinary short-visitor purpose.
   • For GB, this reflects the ordinary British Citizen passport baseline. The Annex II separately limits certain other British-nationality labels; special passports, residence/long-stay-visa waivers, crew and cruise exceptions, transit, public-order restrictions and final admission are not normalized here.
   • MF denotes Saint Martin (French part), a French overseas collectivity. This is not a Schengen-visa classification, and the table does not establish any electronic visa or routine visa-on-arrival issuance.
