How this access rule is documented

  1. Current official routeVisa on arrival

Residual ordinary passports use Côte d’Ivoire's preapproved airport-issued visa

Côte d’Ivoire's current visitor baseline and live finite exemption schedule identify the visa-liable residual; SNEDAI requires approval before boarding but prints and issues the biometric visa at Abidjan airport.

    • This policy covers only the ordinary-passport short-visitor residual after the live SNEDAI exemption schedule and separately supported current treaty or nationality exceptions are excluded.
    • Complete online pre-enrolment, upload the required passport, return-ticket and invitation or accommodation documents, pay the fee and wait for D.S.T. approval before boarding.
    • Present the approved pre-enrolment, payment receipt, passport and yellow-fever certificate at Abidjan airport; biometric enrolment, printing and visa issuance occur there.
    • The visa is described as three-month multiple-entry; that is not normalized as a permitted stay length. Document validity, health rules and final admission remain separate.
