Bosnia and Herzegovina: directly replayed residual ordinary-passport advance-visa cohort

The MFA's current, individually selected nationality cards expressly require an entry/transit visa for this ordinary-passport residual cohort. The cards route issuance through a Bosnia and Herzegovina diplomatic or consular mission; this is an advance visa, not a nationality-wide eVisa or visa on arrival.

    • This is the ordinary visitor-passport baseline from the directly replayed MFA inbound country cards. It excludes diplomatic, official, service, business, residence, employment, transit-only and final-admission cases.
    • A separate conditional waiver for a traveller holding a qualifying multiple-entry Schengen, EU or United States visa or qualifying residence permit is not generalized to the nationality-only baseline.
    • The Rulebook's individual urgent border-visa procedure is not a nationality-wide visa-on-arrival route.
