How this access rule is documented

  1. Current official routeVisa required

Named ordinary passports: advance visa required baseline

For these ordinary passports, the current Foreign Ministry schedule expressly says a visa is required and does not itself establish a reproducible ordinary-passport e-Visa or arrival-visa route.

    • This is the current ordinary-passport baseline from the Ministry's country-by-country schedule. The Law normally directs a foreigner without a visa exemption to obtain the purpose-specific visa at a Turkish consulate in the citizenship or legal-residence country.
    • It does not erase country-specific diplomatic, official, service, special, crew, residence, work, study, transit, or other exceptional arrangements. Visas do not confer an absolute right of entry and remain subject to statutory document, insurance, funds, security, health, purpose, and entry-ban controls.
