    Aruba: residual ordinary passports require a Caribbean visa

    The current Dutch Government page supplies an explicit residual visa requirement after the named nationality and conditional exceptions; this is advance Caribbean-visa treatment, not eVisa or visa on arrival.

    • The current official portal explicitly makes a Caribbean visa required if no listed visa-free situation applies; an application channel does not establish eVisa or visa-on-arrival access.
    • Valid multiple-entry Schengen/UK/Ireland/US/Canada documents and specified residence permits may waive the visa for particular travellers; these conditional routes are not nationality-wide passport classifications.
    • The Caribbean short-stay visa is not valid for the European Netherlands or another Schengen country, is normally at most 90 days in 180, and does not authorize paid work.
    • Aruba's maximum stay on a visa can be up to 180 consecutive days within 365, subject to the issued visa.
