    Somali ordinary passports: Côte d'Ivoire preapproved arrival visa

    Côte d'Ivoire's official valid-ordinary-passport process gives online preapproval and prints/issues the visa at Abidjan airport.

    • The route applies to a valid Federal Somali ordinary passport (P prefix), not a Somaliland or other non-Federal Somali document. Complete pre-enrolment, payment and document upload; board only with the approved D.S.T. response, payment receipt, passport and yellow-fever certificate.
    • At Abidjan airport complete biometric enrolment; the visa is printed and issued there. This is online preapproval followed by border issuance, not an eVisa.
    • Work, residence, special passports, transit, carrier rules and final admission remain separate.

  1. Submit the valid Federal Somali ordinary passport pre-enrolment and payment online, with the listed travel and hosting documents.
  2. Wait for the D.S.T. approved response before boarding.
  3. Complete biometric enrolment at Abidjan airport, where the visa is printed and issued.
