How this access rule is documented

Surinamese ordinary passports: Panama authorized visitor visa

Panama's live Embassy schedule expressly puts Suriname in the authorized-visa cohort, requiring advance consular approval unless the separate third-country-document waiver applies.

    • Applies to an ordinary Surinamese passport holder travelling as a short visitor who does not qualify for Panama's separate third-country visa or residence waiver.
    • Submit the authorized-visa application and listed documents before travel to the competent Panamanian consulate; the Embassy says approval may take up to 60 business days.
    • Work, residence, transit, special documents, consular-jurisdiction requirements and final admission remain outside scope.
