How this access rule is documented

  1. Current official routeVisa required

Nine named foreign ordinary passports: Haiti tourist advance visa

The Embassy directly names these nine nationalities as requiring a visa to enter Haiti and says they must apply at least one month before departure. The cited process is consular advance processing, not an eVisa or visa on arrival.

    • Applies to tourist travel on an ordinary passport. The Embassy says applicants must apply for a visa at least one month before departure and that the passport must be valid for at least six months.
    • The direct three-language exception list includes Yemen. A later parenthetical sentence calls the cohort nine countries but inadvertently omits Yemen; the direct repeated named exception list controls, and this should be rechecked when Haiti publishes a dated schedule.
    • This classification does not establish a uniform stay duration or address work, residence, transit, diplomatic or official passports, special documents, public health, security, or final admission.
