How this access rule is documented

  1. Current official routeVisa required

    Panama: Syrian ordinary passports

Panama's live Embassy schedule expressly includes Syria in its authorized-visa cohort, requiring consular filing and approval before travel for visitors without the separate third-country-document waiver.

    • Applies to an ordinary Syrian passport holder travelling as a short visitor who does not qualify for Panama's separate third-country visa or residence waiver.
    • The Embassy says the authorized-visa applicant must appear in person at the consulate; approval may take up to 60 business days and travel should not be finalized before grant.
    • Work, residence, transit, diplomatic, official, service, special-document, invitation and final-admission treatment are not classified by this policy.
