How this access rule is documented

  1. Current official routeETA

Ghana: named Caribbean ordinary passports — advance ETA

The live official checker expressly labels these ten passports Caribbean visa-waiver countries but requires an ETA before travel; the authorization is not a visa-free classification.

    • The live checker returns Caribbean, ETA required, 90 days and single entry. The stated message calls these Caribbean visa-waiver countries, but its required ETA controls the normalized route.
    • The April MFA table lists all except Antigua and Barbuda and Saint Lucia as visa-free. It predates the current electronic service and does not call itself exhaustive, so it is retained as a material dated-source discrepancy rather than used to erase the current ETA requirement.
    • No work, residence, business-only, transit, crew, diplomatic, official, service, special-document or individual-admissibility route is inferred. Passport, health, onward-travel, funds, accommodation and border examination requirements continue to apply.
