How this access rule is documented

  1. Current official routeVisa-free

Named ordinary passports: Algeria visa-free short visit

The current official MFA diplomatic-post schedule expressly sets an all-non-Algerian default and names these ordinary nationalities as its visa-exempt exceptions. This is a direct nationality schedule, not a conclusion from an online application channel or from an omitted country.

    • The schedule names nationals, while separately listing diplomatic and official-passport exemptions. This policy is therefore limited to ordinary passport nationality and does not extend special-document privileges to other passports.
    • No current official source in this batch states a nationality-wide exemption duration, ports, fee, onward-ticket, accommodation, health or extension rule. Admission, public-order and security decisions remain case-specific.
    • The Dublin MFA mission page omits Morocco, but two separate current MFA-post schedules (Oslo and London) expressly include it in the same closed ordinary-nationality list. Morocco is assigned on that corroborated direct evidence; the unexplained Dublin omission remains a source-quality risk.
    • The official Grand Sud organized-tourist arrival measure and the separate Algerian-national/foreign-passport document exception are conditional routes, not ordinary passport-nationality exemptions.
    • Work, residence, family, medical, study, business-only, transit, crew, diplomatic, official, service, refugee and stateless-document routes are outside this ordinary short-visitor baseline. The law remains subject to international agreements and reciprocity.
