Named ordinary passports: Côte d’Ivoire visa exemption

SNEDAI’s live entry-visa exemption list directly names Singapore, Morocco, Tunisia, the Philippines, Chad, the Republic of the Congo and the Central African Republic and expressly includes ordinary passports. Their short-visitor baseline is visa-free, not an electronic or airport-issued visa.

    • The published list states the visa exemption but does not state a stay duration or a separate effective date.
    • Passport validity, health, security, entry-point and individual-admissibility controls remain separate from the visa exemption.
    • The list also covers official passports, but this policy normalizes only the ordinary-passport short-visitor baseline.
    • The live page embeds an asset uploaded in May 2024 and publishes no end date; recheck the active list when SNEDAI or the Ministry replaces it.
