Tunisian ordinary passports: Equatorial Guinea visa waiver

Equatorial Guinea's current Foreign Ministry register records its Tunisia visa-exemption agreement as ratified and applicable to all passport categories.

    • Applies to a Tunisian ordinary passport holder making a short visitor journey to Equatorial Guinea under the current bilateral exemption register.
    • The current register labels the agreement ratified on 26 June 2018, covers all passports and says it was concluded by exchange of verbal notes. No legal effective date is inferred from the ratification field.
    • A 2019 Government report discussed an unsigned diplomatic, official and service-passport instrument. The later Foreign Ministry register expressly records an all-passports agreement; the historical discrepancy and the Ministry server's incomplete TLS chain keep this policy at medium confidence and require an early recheck.
    • No maximum stay is inferred. Work, study, residence, special documents, carrier checks and final admission remain separate.
