Samoan, Tuvaluan and Nauruan ordinary passports: electronic visitor visa

Government Notice No. 1 replaces the former 2024 exemption schedule and requires visas for Samoa, Tuvalu and Nauru. The current official mission process then supplies the actual pre-travel electronic visa application and emailed PDF issuance route.

    • For ordinary passports and a short visit only. Samoa, Tuvalu and Nauru are not in the replacement named exemption list and are not SADC or COMESA nationality exemptions.
    • Apply through the official portal; after Department approval the eVisa PDF is received by email or account, printed, and shown at the port of entry.
    • The live no-visa selector configuration conflicts with the replacement statutory schedule. It is not an express amendment, Gazette instrument, or authority to disregard the visa requirement.
