Listed ordinary passports: visitor visa required
The MFA's current country pages mark these ordinary passports as requiring a Serbian visa. The policy records the short-visitor baseline, not an electronic-visa cohort.
- This is the ordinary national-passport short-visitor baseline. The short-stay C visa may cover tourism, business and other travel up to 90 days in 180; employment, education and family residence are separate long-stay D or residence matters.
- Serbia has genuinely issued Digital Travel Authorizations since 23 April 2025, but the MFA only makes them available to countries enabled on the Government portal. It publishes no exhaustive current nationality mapping, so online filing or issuance is not normalized as a nationality-wide eVisa entitlement here.
- A holder of a valid Schengen, UK, EU-member-state or United States visa, or a Schengen/EU/US residence permit, has a separately stated up-to-90-day document-conditioned visa-free route. That route is not inferred from passport nationality and does not alter this baseline.
- Visa issuance and entry remain subject to passport validity, purpose, invitation or travel proof, funds, insurance, security, sanctions, health, transit and final border-admission requirements. This policy establishes no diplomatic, official/service, emergency, refugee or other special-document result.
