Non-calling ordinary passports: Indonesia C1 electronic tourist visitor visa
For the listed formerly unresolved ordinary passports, the central Directorate's current C1 rule establishes an account-based, pre-travel electronic visitor-visa route without a sponsor. Nationalities affected by either currently published Calling Visa schedule, and Kosovo whose portal mapping was not disclosed, remain unresolved.
- This policy applies only to holders of a national ordinary passport who were unresolved in the promoted Indonesia batch and are absent from both currently published Calling Visa schedules. It does not duplicate BVK, VOA/e-VOA, or Indonesian-citizen policies.
- C1 is a single-entry visitor visa for tourism, personal development, tourist-attraction study, cruise travel, selected MICE participation, business discussions/negotiation/site visits, medical-related activities, and the listed non-work activities. It grants an initial stay of up to 60 days, may be extended up to 180 days, and cannot be used to sell goods or services or receive Indonesian work compensation.
- The Directorate's C1 page directs applicants to the official eVisa service for account-based application with electronic files; the official portal says an approved visa is downloadable from a link sent by email. This is an available electronic pre-travel route, not a visa on arrival.
- The current materials require a passport valid at least six months, recent photograph, and evidence of at least USD 2,000 living expenses; the visa is valid for 90 days after issuance if unused. Admission and any stay permit remain subject to Immigration assessment.
- The live eVisa selection page exposes Passport/Country/Region fields but did not disclose individual country results in this review. Recheck the mutable selector before promotion or travel. The central C1 page expressly says no sponsor, but an undated regional C1 page retains sponsor-led template instructions; the central Directorate page is treated as controlling, while this operational inconsistency remains a material risk.
- A second official regional schedule currently identifies Cameroon, Guinea and Niger as Calling Visa nationals while the Bontang schedule does not. Those three codes are left unresolved rather than treated as a no-sponsor complement.
