Named ordinary passports: Solomon Islands electronic Tourist visa
The live official Tourist eVisa nationality dataset explicitly names this cohort, and the current Immigration visitor page sends an approved visa grant letter by email before travel.
- Use a valid ordinary passport of one of the named nationalities for tourism, leisure, holiday or social-visit travel. The Immigration page generally calls for a passport valid at least six months beyond travel, evidence of onward departure, funds and travel plans.
- Submit the Tourist application and payment online. The Immigration page says a decision and, on approval, a visa grant letter are sent to the provided email; present that grant letter when entering Solomon Islands. This is electronic pre-travel visa issuance, not the separate physical-arrival route.
- The Tourist product is single entry for up to 90 days from arrival. It does not establish work, business, study, residence, transit, yacht/crew, family, official, diplomatic, refugee, stateless or other special-document access.
- The generic Tourist page says a 30-day visa on arrival may apply to eligible nationals, but it publishes no matching arrival cohort. This policy relies only on the closed electronic Tourist nationality dataset and does not transfer any arrival entitlement.
- Approval remains discretionary; final admission, document authenticity, health, character and border-control requirements remain applicable.
