Guyana: MFA-named ordinary-passport visa exemptions
The current Foreign Ministry schedule directly names these nationalities without a special-passport or third-country-document condition. Their absence from the ISS schedule is not treated as a contrary visa requirement.
- Only the Foreign Ministry’s express unqualified entries are classified.
- The classification does not convert CARICOM movement language, a landing-permit application, or a third-country-document condition into a visa exemption.
