Azerbaijani ordinary passports: Nigeria tourism eVisa

Nigeria Immigration Service's current F5A tourism service routes eligible Azerbaijan-passport applicants through electronic issuance and lists Azerbaijan's payable single-entry fee.

    • Use the ordinary Azerbaijani passport issued to a citizen for travel abroad. F5A is tourism only, single entry and up to 30 days.
    • Apply online, upload documents and pay. The emailed certificate is electronic issuance before travel, not online preapproval followed by border issuance.
    • Although F5A excepts ECOWAS States and countries with visa-waiver agreements, Appendix I expressly assigns Azerbaijan a payable $78 single-entry fee, establishing that this ordinary-passport route is not waived.
