GCC and Jordanian ordinary passports: tourist visa at border
General Security says a free three-month Jordanian or six-month GCC visa is stamped at passport or other border posts for tourism.
- The source simultaneously calls GCC and Jordanian tourists exempt from entry visas but expressly says the three- or six-month visa is stamped and granted at border posts. This is normalized as visa_on_arrival, not visa_free.
- Jordanian travellers need a passport with a national number. The stated periods can be extended up to one year by General Security.
- Companion, domestic-worker, driver, bodyguard, family, professional, residence, national-ID, and land-driver provisions are conditional and do not establish an ordinary foreign-passport exemption outside the named cohort.
