Colombia: list A ordinary passports are visa-free for qualifying short stays
The current amended list A exempts these ordinary-passport nationalities from a visa for qualifying short non-remunerated visits.
- Short stays cover qualifying non-remunerated activities such as tourism, leisure, business, events or cultural interest; paid services, salary or wages in Colombia require a visa with the appropriate permission.
- The normal short-stay period is less than 90 days and may be extendable up to 180 days when the applicable rules permit it.
- Admission remains discretionary and subject to a valid travel document, onward travel, funds, purpose, immigration control and any health, security or individual-admissibility requirements.
- Does not classify transit, work, study, residence, diplomatic, official, service, refugee, stateless, emergency, laissez-passer, national-identity-card or other special-document routes.
