How this access rule is documented

  1. Current official routeVisa on arrival

Guyana: Bolivian ordinary-passport tourist visa on arrival

ISS expressly identifies a tourist visa on arrival for Bolivian regular-passport holders. The official online process requires visa-on-arrival material and an approval letter before travel; the visa itself is issued at the port of entry, so this is not an eVisa.

    • The stated nationality route is limited to tourist entry with a regular passport.
    • Apply through ISS and obtain the emailed approval letter before travel; the immigration visa is issued at arrival.
    • This does not establish an electronic visa, walk-up visa without approval, work, residence, study, transit, diplomatic, official, service or special-document route.
    • No duration, port, entry-count, extension or fee is assigned beyond the reviewed guidance.

How to apply

  1. Submit the ISS visitor-visa application and its required supporting documents, including the mandatory visa-on-arrival request letter.
  2. Travel only after receiving the ISS approval letter; present it so the visa can be issued at the Guyanese port of entry.
