Listed foreign ordinary passports: visa-free short visit
Kosovo's live MFA schedule names these nationalities as not requiring a short-stay visa, subject to the separately recorded signed amendments and special-document limits.
- This is an ordinary-passport short-visitor classification. The MFA's web contact form and downloadable application do not establish an eVisa, ETA, or visa-on-arrival route.
- The Interior Ministry permits a short stay of up to 90 days in every 180 days, subject to a valid travel document, stated purpose, means, address registration, security checks, and final admission.
- The MFA separately lists biometric-ID-card and Schengen-document routes. Those document-conditioned exceptions do not broaden this ordinary-passport policy.
- Fiji remains unresolved because its later signed amendment makes effectiveness conditional on Gazette publication; Botswana, Namibia, and South Africa are covered by the signed 2024 amendment instead.
