Annex I ordinary passports: Schengen visa required to reach Andorra
Andorra itself issues no visitor visa, but these passports require a Schengen visa to cross the French or Spanish external border needed to reach Andorra. The Andorran Government requires a double-entry or multiple-entry Schengen visa according to planned exits and returns.
- This is a Schengen advance-visa requirement for the actual France/Spain access leg, not a separate Andorran visa: Andorra requires no type of visa.
- Obtain a double-entry Schengen visa for one exit from Andorra and return to Schengen; obtain a multiple-entry Schengen visa for several exits and returns. A single-entry visa does not preserve the return leg.
- Apply through the competent French or Spanish consular route. A short-stay visa normally concerns up to 90 days in any 180-day period; issuance and final entry are separate.
- No Andorran eVisa, ETA or visa-on-arrival is established. Residence permits, long-stay visas, family-member rights, diplomatic/official/service documents, local-border permits and other exceptions are not flattened into this baseline.
