    Nine named African ordinary passports: Republic of the Congo visa exemption

    API-Congo's live public-agency guidance expressly names these nine residual nationalities among the exhaustive exceptions to the Republic of the Congo's entry-visa requirement.

    • Applies to short visitors using ordinary national passports issued by Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea, Morocco, Mauritania, Niger, Senegal or Togo.
    • The official guidance does not state a waiver duration. Law No. 29-2017 defines a visitor stay as no more than three months, but the border authority controls the admitted stay.
    • Work, residence, diplomatic or special documents, health rules, public-order controls, carrier requirements and final admission remain outside this nationality-wide visitor baseline.
