    Chad: current eVisa for six established non-exempt ordinary passports

    Current passport-authority sources establish a visa requirement for Danish, Australian, Mexican, Seychellois, Russian and Kuwaiti ordinary visitors. Chad's May and June 2026 official notices supersede their prior mission route for every new non-diplomatic or courtesy visa with pre-travel electronic issuance.

    • Applies only to ordinary Danish, Australian, Mexican, Seychellois, Russian and Kuwaiti passports for a short visitor trip. The cited passport-authority sources establish that a visa is required for each listed passport; no exemption is inferred from the portal list.
    • From 11 May 2026 every new visa application must be submitted exclusively through evisa.td. Diplomatic and courtesy visas remain with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and are excluded.
    • The official portal says the entry visa is now issued online, and its FAQ/circular direct application before entry: it recommends at least seven days before entry, with standard processing stated as ten working days and express processing as 72 hours.
    • Visas regularly issued before the 21 May 2026 cut-over remain valid until expiry; visas issued outside evisa.td after that cut-over do not permit entry. No accessible cited source establishes a special sanction, suspension, residence, third-country-document, work, transit or special-passport route for this six-passport cohort.
    • Approval, supporting documents, health, security and final immigration admission remain individual requirements.

  2. Upload the passport and required electronic supporting documents and pay as directed.
  3. Travel after electronic issuance; final admission remains with Chadian immigration.
