    MOFA-listed ordinary passports: no Barbados entry visa

    The current Barbados foreign-ministry table marks these named foreign nationalities as not requiring a visa to enter Barbados.

    • This policy maps only clear current-country rows from the Ministry table. The table’s China entry includes Macau and Hong Kong; CN, HK, and MO are limited to that stated combined entry and do not establish other PRC, Hong Kong, or Macao travel documents.
    • The table gives different maximum stays by nationality or agreement. No common duration is inferred; the traveller must meet the applicable named-row terms and any current Immigration admission requirements.
    • This does not establish a route for work, residence, study, crew, diplomatic, official, service, emergency, refugee, stateless, laissez-passer, territory-specific, or other special documents.
    • All visitors need the online Immigration and Customs Form available 72 hours before arrival, a passport valid for the trip, a return ticket, intended address, and evidence of personal support. Admission remains for the Immigration Officer.

    MOFA-listed ordinary passports: advance Barbados entry visa

    The listed nationalities require an advance Barbados entry visa. The application is online, but Immigration describes the issued authorization as a letter, so this is not classified as a true eVisa.

    • The Ministry’s current foreign-national table marks these nationalities as visa required. The applicant must be granted permission before booking and confirming travel.
    • Immigration states that the issued visa is a letter accepted at airline check-in and by Barbados Immigration; the fully online application and payment process therefore do not establish an eVisa status.
    • An entry visa is a prerequisite to seek entry, not a guarantee of admission. Permission to enter is granted only by the Immigration Officer at the port of entry.
    • The standard single-entry authority is one entry within three months and the stated multiple-entry authority is within six months; application evidence, processing, and endorsements remain subject to the authority’s requirements.
    • Cruise passengers and crew have limited stated airport-to-vessel, same-vessel, and 12-hour transit exceptions. An overnighting crew member requires a visa, and diplomatic-corp fee treatment does not waive the application.

    Haiti ordinary passport: advance Barbados entry visa unless document exception applies

    A regular Haitian passport holder requires an advance Barbados entry visa unless the holder has the stated qualifying permanent-residence or Green Card document.

    Haiti ordinary passport: qualifying permanent-resident or Green Card exception

    A Haitian regular passport holder who is a permanent resident of the UK, United States, Canada, or Schengen countries, or holds a Green Card, does not require a Barbados visa under the Ministry’s stated exception.

    • This exception requires the stated qualifying residence or Green Card document; it is not unconditional Haitian ordinary-passport visa-free access.

    The State of Palestine's current ordinary-passport schedule labels this exact destination cohort "Visa is required" and separately labels electronic and arrival-issued routes elsewhere in the same schedule. It is normalized as advance visa required.

    • This is the Ministry's ordinary-passport short-visitor baseline. The source separately labels eVisa and visa-on-arrival rows, so a bare "Visa is required" row is not recast as either route.
    • Georgia and Panama have separately stated waivers for holders of specified third-country visas. Those conditional document routes are excluded from this passport-only baseline.
