How this access rule is documented

  1. Current official routeVisa required

Haiti ordinary passport: advance Barbados entry visa unless document exception applies

A regular Haitian passport holder requires an advance Barbados entry visa unless the holder has the stated qualifying permanent-residence or Green Card document.

    • The Ministry table says a visa is required for regular Haitian passport holders and directs them to the Immigration online application portal.
    • The separate qualifying-resident exception and diplomatic/official passport treatment are not part of this standard ordinary-passport policy.
    • The authorization is an advance entry-visa letter rather than a true eVisa, and it does not guarantee entry. Visitor admission, purpose, transit, crew, and port-inspection rules remain applicable.
